Operations & transformation

Better ways
to work.

I’m Mieszko. I lead teams, improve operations and build practical automation and reporting.

My work connects people, processes and technology—from understanding a problem to making a useful change.

People, change & delivery

Lead the change.
Make it work for people.

My experience connects everyday operations with people development, financial planning and the work of integrating a business.

01

Leading through change

I’ve worked through three mergers and ownership changes, progressing from frontline roles to senior leadership. In senior roles, I aligned stakeholders, defined technical-integration scope and actively oversaw delivery while protecting planned work.

In a separate integration delivery effort, I finalised the handover of three major projects while maintaining service continuity.

02

Connecting finance and operations

I tracked and co-planned the company-wide P&L for the Polish entity, reconciled forecasts with actuals and worked through variances. I planned capacity with Board members and the Finance Director, connecting delivery needs with financial decisions.

03

Planning capacity; protecting continuity

I contributed to company-wide capacity planning, matching tasks to the workforce available and helping identify considerable savings. I also worked through several redundancy processes, helping maintain business continuity as capacity changed.

04

Developing people

I led up to six direct reports and developed a colleague into a leadership role. Coaching, clear ownership and regular feedback were part of the work, alongside support in reporting, data interpretation, ROI and team leadership.

05

Launching and improving operations

I helped lead an operational launch across more than 20 countries in under six months. I led a project and team coordinating regions and countries, with daily contact with assigned freelancers. My scope also included internal-platform delivery and commercial-product operational design.

A few examples from my careerUseful changes, measured in context
50–60+hours / week

Less repetitive work

Estimated recurring effort removed by an earlier automation and reporting portfolio. Later scheduled checks add unquantified savings.

2×allocation volume

More room to grow

Volume doubled without added allocation headcount after a shared assignment-engine redesign. I prioritised and helped design the solution.

6,000payments / month

A repeatable process

Up to 6,000 monthly freelancer payments, with preparation and review taking approximately 10 hours at the mature stage.

Whole companycapacity planning

More work with the right people

Company-wide task allocation helped identify considerable savings. During several redundancy processes, I helped protect business continuity as capacity changed.

The thread through my career

I started with
the work.
Then improved
the system.

Frontline experience gave me a useful habit: start with the people doing the job. Leadership added another: make the improvement work beyond your own desk.

Tools change.
Understanding the problem stays useful.

  1. 2019
    Frontline data collection

    Start close to the work.

Real-time data work taught me to care about accuracy, the operator experience and what happens when something goes wrong.

  2. 2020–2022
    Training & live data analysis

Help other people do it well.

I moved into training leadership and time-critical data delivery, combining team support, quality controls and contingency planning.

  3. 2022
    Data collection management

    Build the operating model.

A distributed operation launched in under six months across more than 20 countries, with recruitment, tooling, training, payroll and reporting foundations.

  4. 2022–2024
    Operations management

    Connect people, data and cost.

I led up to six direct reports, developed a colleague into leadership and connected company-wide capacity planning with P&L tracking for the Polish entity. Capacity planning involved Board members and the Finance Director. Better task allocation helped identify considerable savings.

  5. 2024 onward
    Development & process automation leadership

Improve the system behind the work.

Discovery, prioritisation, platform delivery and commercial-product operational design became central. Across my career I experienced three ownership changes and several redundancy processes, helping protect continuity through integration and workforce change.

How I work

Practical delivery.
Shared ownership.

I can build prototypes and workflows. I can also lead the discovery, align the people and help a change become part of daily work.

01

Understand the friction

Talk to the people doing the work. Map the handoffs and find the actual constraint.

02

Choose the useful change

Compare value, effort and risk. Agree what success will look like before building.

03

Build with the right people

Prototype practically, make requirements clear, and involve engineering where production needs it.

04

Make it stick

Give the process an owner, support adoption, and use reporting to see whether it helped.
