My career grew from frontline data work into training, global operations and development/process automation leadership. I connect operational problems with practical solutions: discovery, process design, prioritisation, prototypes, reporting and adoption. I lead practical delivery with operational and technical colleagues.
Selected impact
- 50–60+ hours / week — Less repetitive work. Estimated recurring effort removed by an earlier automation and reporting portfolio. Later scheduled checks add unquantified savings.
- 2× allocation volume — More room to grow. Volume doubled without added allocation headcount after a shared assignment-engine redesign. I prioritised and helped design the solution.
- 6,000 payments / month — A repeatable process. Up to 6,000 monthly freelancer payments, with preparation and review taking approximately 10 hours at the mature stage.
- Whole company capacity planning — More work with the right people. Company-wide task allocation helped identify considerable savings. During several redundancy processes, I helped protect business continuity as capacity changed.

Operations management
I led up to six direct reports, developed a colleague into leadership and connected company-wide capacity planning with P&L tracking for the Polish entity. Capacity planning involved Board members and the Finance Director. Better task allocation helped identify considerable savings.
Development & process automation leadership
Discovery, prioritisation, platform delivery and commercial-product operational design became central. Across my career I experienced three ownership changes and several redundancy processes, helping protect continuity through integration and workforce change.
Leadership & delivery
- Leading through change. I’ve worked through three mergers and ownership changes, progressing from frontline roles to senior leadership. In senior roles, I aligned stakeholders, defined technical-integration scope and actively oversaw delivery while protecting planned work. In a separate integration delivery effort, I finalised the handover of three major projects while maintaining service continuity.
- Connecting finance and operations. I tracked and co-planned the company-wide P&L for the Polish entity, reconciled forecasts with actuals and worked through variances. I planned capacity with Board members and the Finance Director, connecting delivery needs with financial decisions.
- Planning capacity; protecting continuity. I contributed to company-wide capacity planning, matching tasks to the workforce available and helping identify considerable savings. I also worked through several redundancy processes, helping maintain business continuity as capacity changed.
- Developing people. I led up to six direct reports and developed a colleague into a leadership role. Coaching, clear ownership and regular feedback were part of the work, alongside support in reporting, data interpretation, ROI and team leadership.
- Launching and improving operations. I helped lead an operational launch across more than 20 countries in under six months. I led a project and team coordinating regions and countries, with daily contact with assigned freelancers. My scope also included internal-platform delivery and commercial-product operational design.
